Break out those pumps and dance!
Dancing in high heels helps you feel sexy and graceful, the most powerful and sexy women are the ones who are totally relaxed in their own bodies. Once the body is warm & confident, It’s time to get those beautiful heels out . Dancing in heels takes skill & a massive amount of core strength. When you’re dancing in heels, you want to be light on your feet & centered in your body. Once you’re sorted with your shoes, the DIVA in you is good to go! All that’s left is to strut your stuff with pride & confidence, and nothing gives a woman more confidence than the most beautiful pair of shoes on her feet!

A classic tale for your weekend
What if you could single-handedly fight off 100 men? Or if your wit was as sharp as the sword you carry? And you wrote poetry that could make any person weep? Wouldn’t these attributes win you the affection of the woman you love? Not if you are Cyrano, whose oversized nose shames him into silence, believing no one could love him.
Mile Square Theatre presents Cyrano, Jo Roet’s delightful adaptation of the classic tale about a poet-warrior with a very large nose and even larger heart. This swashbuckling production features 15 characters played by threeversatile actors who bring the story to life with wild theatricality. At The Edge Lofts, 14th and Clinton, Hoboken. Buy tickets here or at the door.
